THOMAS MYHRE
Thomas Myhre (born October 16, 1973) is a Norwegian international football goalkeeper. He currently plays for Charlton Athletic.
Myhre is a highly respected former Viking F.K., Everton, Besiktas, Rangers, Birmingham City, Tranmere Rovers, FC Copenhagen, Crystal Palace and Sunderland player. In June 2005, he refused to sign a new contract with Sunderland. On July 21, 2005 Myhre joined Fredrikstad F.K. on a free transfer where he played on a match -by-match basis. Charlton signed him on a two year deal on 8 August 2005 where he is currently first choice goalkeeper.
Myhre has 40 caps on the Norwegian national team and was part of the squad at the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000.
