Rajpal Yadav is an Indian actor who appears in Bollywood movies. He belongs to the Shahjahanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. He has a fan base in India and throughout the world. He is best known for his eccentric comedy and violent villain roles. Yadav started out working in films produced by Ram Gopal Varma and made his debut in the 1999 film Mast. Films that brought him recognition were Jungle, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Chandni Bar, Company, Road and Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon some of which were either produced or directed by Varma.

       

His unique ability to merge himself with any character and the honesty with which he approaches his roles, have made him one of the most popular names when it comes to Bollywood comedians. Rajpal Yadav who shot to fame in director Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Shool’ and ‘Jungle’, has come a long way with a successful career as Bollywood’s No.1 comedian. The actor who brings a smile on everyone’s face will be seen in Priyadarshan’s Chup Chup Ke.

       

In 2005 he played the leading role and wrote the screenplay for the film Main, Mere Patni Aur Woh which got him positive reviews. He also got acclaim for his comic roles in movies like Hungama, Waqt: The Race Against Time, Malamaal Weekly and Chup Chup Ke.
