Swami Anand ji maharaja, great guru of Kularnava Tantra, had attained the supreme Knowledge of the Vedas and Shastras. Anand Ji Maharaj , affectionately called Bab Sahib, was born in the day of Asun Krishan Paksha Dwadashi.
Anand Ji Maharah reclaimed a bachelor throughour his spiritual life, not known to anyone, for almost 12 years while he was residing in Pt. Deena Nath Dullu’s house. Later, he shifted to Khir Bhagwani, an exotic holy place nearly 25 kms from Srinagar. There he started staying in the first floor of Shri Gwash Ram’s small house, facing the goddess ‘Raginya’ and the spring temple.
Bad Sahib, while blessing all his devotees, would always utter ‘let Almightly bloom fortune’. In 1983, Swami Ji had developed kidney trouble. But he never seemed worried about his disease and on July 17, 1983, he left his mortal body. According to his mortal body. JAccording to his last wish, the ashes of his body were taken to Gushi Kupwara or Khir Bhawani.
