Shri A. Parthasarathy a renowned philosopher, stands as the greatest exponent of ‘Vedanta’, the ancient philosophy of India. For the past fifty years, Swamiji has devoted his services to the study of Vedanta and its practical application to life.

       

Having post graduated from the London University, Swamiji is popular for his books, which demonstrate terse scriptural truth in contemporary thought and language for practical living. His books ‘The Vedanta Treatise’, a brief literary composition on the highest tenets of Vedanta philosophy and ‘The Symbolism of Hindu Gods and Rituals’, have been very popular among the masses and still remain to be a masterpiece from his library of books.

       

Swamiji runs the Vedanta Academy which offers continuous three-year residential courses for Indian and foreign students. He is also the founder of the Vedanta Life Institute and the Vedanta Cultural Foundation.
