Rupert Michael Grint is born on the 24th of August 1988, in a small town in Hertfordshire, England. He is the eldest of 5 children. He has got one brother (James) and three sisters (Georgina, Samantha and Charlotte). His father (Nigel) is a race-car memorial dealer, his mother (Jo) a homemaker.
Rupert likes to draw, play pool and soccer, swim, playing his favourite video game (Medal of Honour) and ride his bike. And since the age of 14 he likes to try and ride a unicycle ("because riding it looks really good on tv") his achievement so far has been 4 pedals before he falls off! In summer 2004 Rupert began a new hobby - playing golf. But Rupert’s favourite hobby is ………………… sleeping!!
Rupert’s favourite actor is Jim Carrey. He likes movies like Shrek, Ace Ventura, How the Grinch Stole Christmas and Dumb and Dumber. Another one of his favorite actors is comedian Lee Evans.
